Teen Business Forum, the largest online community of Global Teenpreneurs, will be hosting a virtual conference during the week of Nov 14-18. This conference is designed to celebrate the spirit of entrepreneurship that is sweeping the globe. We are finding that the Internet is providing an unprecedented opportunity for many teens to explore entrepreneurship. Social media and web tools is lowering the barrier to entry and leveling the playing field of business.
This conference kicks off with a dynamic roundtable discussion about the state of global teen businesses and the challenges teens face in the business world. We will have young entrepreneurs representing the US, UK, India and Israel. See the profiles of the panelists below.

Ted have been active online since the age of twelve. His journey started with an online shopping portal which used affiliates to create revenue from a wide range of markets. He founded Venevi Enterprises whilst he was at college and now boasts several applications which have collectively achieved over 2.5m downloads on a global scale.

Ben Lang is an 18-year-old internet entrepreneur. His entrepreneurial journey began at age 14 when he started his own eBay business. He’s the founder of EpicLaunch a popular blog for young entrepreneurs. Ben’s also the founder of MySchoolHelp, a site for students to find and share notes from their school.

Urvesh Vasani is one of the youngest CEOs in the world – best known for being the founder of Six Inch Nails Group, established in 2009 at the age of 13. Urvesh Vasani – now 16 – has been involved in various projects, from the start of Six Inch Nails Group with Six Inch Nails Records (a record label promoting heavy metal from around the world) to the newest venture by SING – Six Inch Nails Web.
This presentation by Martin gives teens a way to generate funds by doing microtasks on Fiverr.

Martin Junior had his first taste of internet success via Fiverr where learned what was best to sell, and in doing so automated the process. He made thousands from Fiverr. He went ahead and created an ebook that detailed how he did everything and how others can do same. He later sold the website+ebook and rights on Flippa.

Dan is a 16-year old affiliate marketer aiming to make 1 million in 2011. Started making money on eBay at 8.
Day four will be the Keynote interview with Catherine Cook of MyYearbook.com, who will be sharing key insights on what it takes to create, grow and sell a business as a teen.

Catherine co-founded myYearbook with her brother Dave in 2005.
Catherine is instrumental to myYearbook’s growth and conceiving of the next popular features for the site. She is responsible for some of the most important applications on myYearbook, including Causes and Battles. She is dedicated to making myYearbook more engaging and helping build new features to make myYearbook the best place to meet new people.
We will wrap the week up with a day of discussions. We’ve designed breakout sessions using video conferencing software, that will allow attendees to unpack the weeks information and discuss next steps. We will also use that time as a way to come together as a community.
